The Multimedia Center houses the college's primary collection of audio visual materials and equipment for instructional and general institutional usage and support. The staff delivers audio visual equipment to some sixty classrooms and conference rooms for faculty and administrators' use.

Since 1999, the college's multimedia collection and technology have grown tremendously. The center supports not only Instructors in the classroom environment, but also administrative and special events sponsored by the President's/Vice Presidents'/Deans' offices and off-campus personnel who use PowerPoint presentations or video conferencing for workshops and seminars.


Equipment and Materials available for use are: Services - The Multimedia Center/AV public service counter is staffed during all hours the Learning Resource Center (LRC) is open.

Faculty - City College instructors may check out equipment and materials for use in the classroom. The department will assist and provide: Students - Students may view audiovisual materials within the Independent Learning Center (ILC).
